Is the Unit Check compulsory for my students?

No, it is not.

Use the Unit Checks as you see fit. You are the teacher, and you know your student best. Use your Unit Checks to the benefit of the students.

Some students and their parents enjoy continuous assessment. Other students find it stressful and demotivating. Some students want to undertake the Unit Check as soon as they complete a Unit. Others will want a certain time to review materials before completing a Unit Check. How you administer the Unit Checks is up to you.
