My student didn’t ‘receive’ the placement test. What happened?

Please note, email notifications are subject to deliverability issues (e.g. SPAM) but the student doesn’t need the email to take the test.First, please confirm that you have  sent the test to the student by logging in as your student (you should see a ‘start placement test’ button).  Once you’ve confirmed it, simply have your student log in to begin the test (it’s waiting for them whether they got the email notification or not!).
