My payment failed on a subscription renewal, can you try running it now?

If your subscription renewal payment fails, the best thing to do is call your bank. We show up as ‘Off2Class – ESL’ or ‘Off2Class.com’ on your statement. Please also remind them to accept future payments from us.

Our system will automatically retry the payment, four times over 48 hours, and after that your subscription will be cancelled but you can always restart it once you work out the issue with your bank.
