Read full storyWhy is is it important for you to build trust with your ESL students? Think of trust as the key ingredient. It will allow you to enter into a positive relationship with a new student. Communication with prospective students should be focused on establishing trust.
If you’re teaching online building trust is further complicated by the fact that you only have a digital relationship with the student (emails and hopefully a video call).
